1. Event Overview

HERTRADE EXPO 2025 is a transformative event designed to empower women entrepreneurs and leaders through a two-day experience focused on Leadership, Trade, and Inspiration.

Venue: Setia Spice Arena
Dates: 11 – 12 October 2025 (Saturday & Sunday)
Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

The Expo includes keynote speeches, business showcases, competitions, workshops, and networking opportunities.

2. General Admission

• All attendees must register online or at the venue.
• Visitors to the HERTRADE EXPO must scan a QR code for admission.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual at its sole discretion.

3. Exhibitors and Vendors

• Exhibitors must comply with all booth regulations provided by the organizer.
• No subletting or sharing of booth space is allowed without prior written consent.
• Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and legality of their products or services.
• The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of goods.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants—attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and staff—are expected to act professionally and respectfully at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Photography & Media

• By attending HERTRADE EXPO 2025, you consent to being photographed and recorded.
• These materials may be used by the organizer for promotional, marketing, or media purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify the event staff upon registration.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• If the event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled dates.
• Participant or Exhibitor fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the exhibitor agreement.

7. Liability & Insurance

• The organizer is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the Expo.
• Participants are advised to obtain appropriate personal and business insurance coverage.

8. Health & Safety

• All attendees must comply with health and safety guidelines provided by the venue and local authorities.
• The organizer reserves the right to enforce safety protocols including, but not limited to, temperature checks, sanitization, or mask requirements.

9. Changes to the Event

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, speakers, or format at any time without prior notice.
